I finished the game I had been playing (Master of Orion 3)
I finished my book (To Reign in Hell)
I don't get to go buy a new book for another several hours until the bookstores open.
Now what?

Well, it was after midnight when you posted this, so chances are you passed out after another hour or so's worth of Super Monkey Ball. I had insomnia last night and cleaned the house until 2:30 AM. But then that's not a distraction, that's just insanity.
